Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags and packaging attached.
Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer.

For exchanges: the desired size, color, or replacement product (subject to availability)
After your request is approved, you’ll receive instructions along with the return shipping address.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
However, if you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, Elaf Pret will cover the return shipping charges.

Please record a clear unboxing video when opening your parcel.
This video serves as proof if the item arrives damaged or incorrect and helps us resolve your claim quickly and smoothly.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Depending on your bank’s processing times, it may take additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
