If an item you order is out of stock, our team will contact you to offer an alternative product with a similar design, style, or color within the same price range.

• Elaf Pret is not responsible for delivery delays caused by product unavailability.

• To avoid delays, kindly respond to any order confirmation messages.

• If we do not receive a timely response, your order may be canceled without prior notice.

Payment Information

We provide secure and convenient payment options for all customers:

1. Online Payments

You may pay using the secure online payment options available on our website, including major debit and credit cards.

2. International Orders

All international orders require full payment in advance before the order is processed and shipped.

3. Domestic Orders (Within Pakistan)

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to PKR 60,000.

• For orders above this amount, a partial advance payment is required to confirm your purchase.

4. Custom / Personalized Orders

All customized, made-to-order, or personalized items (including custom stitching) require 100% advance payment before processing begins.
